I’ve had the joy of building this real estate business with my daughter, Ashley, by my side,

and it’s one of the most meaningful parts of my journey.

Ashley joined my team in 2018 as our Client Care Coordinator,

and from the very beginning, she brought a calm, capable spirit and a deep desire to serve others well.

Watching her grow into a confident, compassionate leader has been one of the greatest gifts of my life,

not just as a Realtor, but as her mom.

In 2023, Ashley became a licensed Realtor, and that moment marked more than a career milestone,

it marked the next chapter of a shared dream. Now, we get to serve our clients together not just as colleagues, but as family... and that changes everything.

Even though Lynsey isn’t my daughter by blood, she has become family in every way that matters. When she joined our team in 2024, the transition was seamless - like placing the final piece in a puzzle.

Her heart for people, eagerness to learn, and natural alignment with our values made her feel like she had always been part of our story.

She may not carry our last name...

but she carries the same dedication to service and excellence
